One of the first things you need to know as a Browzad member is that your correct address is very important. If we don't have it your prizes will never get to you! With the amount of winners we get on a daily basis it's not possible for us to make sure every winner's address is the correct one. Please make sure your address is correct in the 'My Account' section on Browzad.com. Please note that your address is completely confidential and will not be used for commercial purposes.
As soon as you become a Browzad user you will be prompted to enter your information.
Please be sure to enter your first name and your family name in the 'Full name' field. Your full name is the name that will appear on the envelope in which you receive your gift. By entering your full name we can verify your account at a quicker pace and avoid any delay in mailing the prizes you will win.
In the 'To contact you' box please be sure to enter your correct address Street number, Street name and Apartment Number if you live in one! Omitting the apartment number is a very common error so please make sure you add it! The address you put in these fields is the address that will appear on your envelope when you receive your prize so please enter the information in each field in the correct format.
Your phone number is important too so that we may contact you if there any problems with your account.
